Recipe: Dukan Egg Noodles (aka small dumplings)

Great noodles recommended by Dr Dukan. This recipe has been included in some editions of his book, but not everyone knows, or heard, about it. Anyway, here’s a nice step by step photo-recipe on how to prepare this delicious noodles.

It takes only 4 ingredients to make the dumplings, so it’s all really pretty easy.

Recipe: Dukan Diet Egg Noodles

Summary: Delicate, perfect egg noodles that will play great with any broth.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 tbsp (=23g) of cornmeal
  • Salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Dukan Diet Egg Noodles Recipe: Crack Eggs into a Bowl
    Two eggs in a bowl. Salt & pepper. Simple.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper.

  2. Dukan Diet Recipe Egg Noodles: Batter
    Make the batter smooth.
    Mix the eggs until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Dukan Diet Recipe Egg Noodles: Adding Cornmeal
    Add cornmeal. We use only 1.5 tbsp of cornmeal for 2 eggs.
    Add cornmeal and mix thoroughly again.
  4. Dukan Diet Recipe Egg Noodles: Pouring Batter
    Pour the batter in portions. Do not stir the broth.
    Pour the batter in turns with a spoon into a boiling broth. Do not stir the broth, because this will cause noodles to fall apart.
  5. Dukan Diet Recipe Egg Noodles: Boil the Broth
    Wait until the broth is boiling and turn off the heat.
    Turn off the heat as soon as you pour all the batter and the broth is boiling again.
  6. Dukan Diet Recipe Egg Noodles: Ready
    It's ready!
    Serve hot right after.

  1. Nicolette – dziękuję za miłe słowa. Kluseczki możesz jeść w każdej fazie diety Dukana. Jeśli robisz kluseczki z 2 jajek, powinnaś wlaćdo garnka 6 łyżek wazowych bulionu. Możesz jednak użyćtyle bulionu, na ile masz ochotę. Pozdrawiam, Aleex.
